Remarks

The basis of the cruise statistics are the reports from the Tax Office. In 2019, 3 calls have not been reported and therefor those were estimated.

On June 2015, there was a reorganization of the taxes for cruises, where the cruises pay taxes based on number of passenger before June 2015, and after that, the taxes were paid base on the gross tonnage of the ship.

Since the reorganization, the Tax Office has experienced problems at receive some of the call reports from the port authorities, and therefore no port fee has been register for those calls.

A revision of the figures for the years 2015 and 2016 is still ongoing and is expected that, the figures for these years will be include in future releases.

In the tables in our statistical bank, a note has been included in order to inform the users of an upcoming revision for 2015 and 2016.
